Check-ins
Structured client check-ins & review queue
Check-ins are the centre of async coaching, so they are the centre of Tyzra. Custom templates collect exactly the data you want, and a dedicated review queue turns Monday's pile of submissions into a fast, focused workflow.
Templates that match how you coach
Build check-in forms in a visual editor with up to 50 fields per template. Choose from six field types - text, number (with units and ranges), 1-10 scales, duration, yes/no, and multiple choice - and add conditional logic so follow-up questions only appear when they are relevant. Mark a template as default and every new client on that frequency gets it automatically.
- Daily check-ins, or scheduled ones on any cadence - weekly, bi-weekly, every 4 weeks, anything up to every 52
- Per-field helper text, required flags, and trend direction (so a dropping number can be green or red depending on the goal)
- Editing a template never rewrites history - every submission keeps a snapshot of the form the client actually filled in
Scheduling that runs itself
Set a due day and time per client - a day of the week for weekly check-ins, or an anchor date for longer cadences (bi-weekly, every 4 weeks, and beyond). Clients get a reminder email on the day their check-in is due, skipped automatically if they have already submitted. You can open an early-submission window of 1-7 days, or leave a template on-demand with no schedule at all.
One inbox for every pending check-in
All pending check-ins land in one inbox, grouped by client with the longest-waiting at the top. Expand a submission inline for a quick look, or open the full review workspace: the submission, progress photos compared side-by-side against previous weeks, metric trends, and the client's habit compliance on one screen. Review all queues up every pending submission and steps through them without going back to the list.
- Prev / next navigation with a progress bar while you work through the queue
- Cmd+S saves feedback without leaving the keyboard
- Filter by pending, reviewed, or everything
Feedback with structure
Every review produces three things: a summary the client sees, an ordered list of action items for the week, and internal notes only you can see. Reusable feedback snippets drop your standard guidance into any field so you never retype the same advice twice.

Frequently asked questions
Can clients see my internal notes?
No. Feedback has three layers: the summary and action items are shown to the client, internal notes are visible only to you.
What happens to old check-ins if I edit a template?
Nothing. Every submission stores a snapshot of the template as it was when the client filled it in, so history always shows exactly what was asked and answered.
Do clients get reminded automatically?
Yes. Clients receive a reminder email on the day a scheduled check-in is due, in your timezone, and the reminder is skipped if they have already submitted. Daily check-ins deliberately never trigger reminder emails.
Can a client check in early?
If you allow it. Each assignment can have an early-submission window of 1 to 7 days before the due date, or you can leave a template on-demand so the client can submit whenever they are ready.
