The portal is an installable web app. Clients add it to their home screen in two taps and it opens standalone, like a native app. The icon on their phone is your logo, in your brand colour - and when you update your branding, their icon updates too.

Home shows today's tasks - due check-ins, habits to tick off, upcoming notes from you, and your pinned message. Training, Nutrition, Progress, and Check-ins each get a dedicated tab, designed mobile-first with bottom navigation.

Built for real-world phones and connections

Check-in drafts save automatically as the client types and survive a closed browser. Workout logs are stored on-device first and synced in the background, retrying after a crash or refresh. The important flows keep working when the connection does not.

Zero onboarding friction

Clients never create an account from scratch - they follow your invite link, set a name and password, complete your intake, and they are in. No download, no app-store account, nothing to install from a store.

Is there a native iOS or Android app?

No - and that is deliberate. The portal is an installable web app: clients add it to their home screen from the browser and it runs full-screen like an app, with your logo as the icon. There is nothing to download from an app store and no store account needed.

Whose branding do clients see?

Yours. The home-screen icon uses your uploaded logo and brand colour, and your branding carries through the portal and every email clients receive.

What happens if a client loses connection mid-check-in?

Their draft is saved locally as they type and restored when they come back, even after closing the browser. Workout logs work the same way - saved on-device first, synced when the connection returns.
