Habit tracking & client accountability

Long-term results are built on behaviours. Tyzra's habit system runs on phases, automaticity ratings, and never-miss-twice alerts, the mechanisms habit-formation research actually supports.

Habits defined your way

Create reusable habits with four tracking types - done/not done, a number (like steps or litres), a 1-10 scale, or a time of day - plus a cue that tells the client when and where the habit happens. Organise habits into Foundation, Growth, and Mastery phases as clients progress.

A checklist clients can clear in seconds

Habits appear as a lightweight daily checklist on the client's home screen. Once a week, clients rate how automatic each habit feels - the signal that a behaviour has actually stuck, which no streak counter can tell you.

Compliance where you will actually see it

Heatmaps show consistency per client and across your whole roster on the dashboard. When a client misses the same habit two days running, a never-miss-twice alert surfaces on your dashboard, on their profile, and inside check-in review - because the second miss is where habits die.

Details that matter

  • 4 tracking types: yes/no, numeric with units, 1-10 scale, and time
  • Foundation, Growth, and Mastery phases for progressive habit stacking
  • Weekly automaticity self-rating (how automatic does this feel, 1-5)
  • Never-miss-twice alerts after two consecutive missed days
  • Per-client and roster-wide compliance heatmaps
  • Habit compliance shown in context during check-in review

Frequently asked questions

Are there streaks and leaderboards?

Deliberately not. Tyzra uses phases, weekly automaticity ratings, and never-miss-twice alerts - mechanisms from habit-formation research - instead of gamification that punishes one bad day.

Can I pause a habit without losing history?

Yes. Assignments can be paused or graduated, and archiving a habit preserves all of its historical logs.
