The portal is locked until intake is complete - no half-onboarded clients. The form carries your name and brand colour, and every submission stores a snapshot of the exact form the client saw, so later edits never muddy what was agreed. You are notified by email the moment a client submits.

Frequently asked questions
Can a client skip the intake form?
No. The client portal is gated - new clients are taken to your intake form and cannot access training, nutrition, or check-ins until it is complete.
What happens if I edit my intake form later?
Existing submissions are untouched. Each one stores a snapshot of the form exactly as the client saw and signed it.
Can clients sign an agreement during intake?
Yes. Add a typed signature field and attach your agreement as a linked document. Tyzra also has a contract flow that stores the signed PDF and emails you a confirmation.
