Getting started

Inviting clients

How invites work: pre-attaching templates and plans, expiry, resending, and what the client sees.

Clients join Tyzra by invitation only - there's no public client signup, so your roster stays exactly the people you coach.

Send an invite

From the clients page, choose Invite client and enter the client's email. You can add a personal message (it appears in the invite email as a quote from you), and you can save message presets if you send similar invites often.

Pre-attach their programme

The invite can carry the client's entire starting setup:

  • A check-in template - assigned the moment they accept
  • A workout plan - they get their own copy, so editing theirs later never affects your template
  • A meal plan - waiting in their nutrition tab on day one

Anything you don't attach falls back sensibly: if you've marked templates as defaults, those are assigned automatically for any frequency the invite didn't cover.

What the client sees

The client receives a branded email with your name and message, and an Accept invite button. They set a display name and password - no email confirmation dance, the invite link itself is the trust mechanism - and they're signed in. If you have an intake form (recommended), they complete it before reaching the rest of the portal.

You'll get an email when they accept, and their card appears in your roster.

Expiry and management

  • Invites expire after 7 days. A reminder nudge is sent automatically before expiry.
  • You can't send a second invite to an email that already has one pending - delete the pending invite first if you need a fresh one.
  • From the invites list you can view pending, used, and expired invites, delete pending ones, and regenerate a live link to share directly (WhatsApp, DM, anywhere).
