Accepting client payments
Connect your Stripe account, sell coaching packages with payment links, and let paying clients onboard themselves.
Tyzra connects to your own Stripe account - clients pay you directly, and Tyzra takes no cut of your revenue. You keep 100% minus Stripe's standard processing fee.
Connect your Stripe account
On the Payments page:
- Connect existing Stripe - if you already take payments on Stripe, authorise your existing account. Everything stays in one place, and you can import your current subscriptions (below).
- Create new Stripe account - if you're new to Stripe, a guided setup takes about five minutes (identity and bank details, handled entirely by Stripe).
Tyzra never sees your bank details or holds your money.
Create packages
A package is what you sell: a name, a price, and either a monthly subscription or a one-off payment. Attach a check-in template, workout plan, and meal plan to any package - they're assigned automatically when someone buys.
Prices are deliberately immutable: to change a price, archive the package and create a new one. Existing subscribers always keep the price they signed up at.
Share the payment link
Every package has a payment link (Copy link on the Payments page) you can put in your Instagram bio, DMs, or website. The checkout is hosted by Stripe - cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay - and supports discount codes you create in your Stripe dashboard.
What happens when someone pays
- Stripe confirms the payment.
- Tyzra automatically emails them a branded invite with your package's template and plans pre-attached.
- They accept, complete your intake, and appear on your roster - zero manual steps for you.
If your plan's client limit is full or the buyer already has an account, the payment is recorded as Needs action so you can resolve it manually - nobody's money disappears.
Managing subscriptions
From the Payments page you can pause (stops collecting payment, e.g. a client's holiday), resume, or cancel (at the period end) any subscription. Clients can manage their own card details and invoices via Manage subscription in their portal menu. Refunds are issued from your Stripe dashboard and reflect in Tyzra automatically.
Already have paying clients on Stripe?
After connecting your existing account, click Import from Stripe. Active subscriptions Tyzra doesn't know about are pulled in and matched to your roster by email - your clients notice nothing, no card re-entry, no new checkout.
