Emails & notifications

Email notifications

Every email Tyzra sends, when it sends it, and how to control them - reminders, digests, and nudges.

Tyzra's email philosophy: clients get individual nudges, coaches get batched summaries, and nothing sends twice for the same thing. Every email carries your brand colour and renders properly in light and dark mode.

Emails your clients receive

  • Invite - your name, your personal message, an accept button, and the 7-day expiry
  • Welcome - after accepting, with a link to the portal and a quick orientation
  • Check-in reminder - on the day a weekly, monthly, or quarterly check-in is due, in your timezone. Skipped automatically if they've already submitted. Daily check-ins never trigger reminder emails - a daily email is spam, so dailies live on the client's home screen instead.

Emails you receive

  • Check-in digest - one batched email listing everything waiting for review ("4 check-ins to review"), with client names and templates. One digest, not one email per submission.
  • Client activated - a client accepted your invite
  • Intake submitted - a new client completed your intake form
  • Contract signed - a client signed an agreement
  • Invite expiry nudges - pending invites remind the invitee before the 7-day expiry

Controlling notifications

Coach email notifications can be switched off entirely in Settings. Client-facing operational emails (invites, reminders) are part of how the product works and stay on - they're the automation doing its job.

Branding

Emails use your brand colour in the header and adapt to the reader's light/dark preference. Set your brand colour and logo under Settings → Branding - the same branding drives the client portal icon.
