Nutrition targets and meal plans

Macro and water targets, day types, meal plans with swappable options, recipes, and custom foods.

Tyzra's nutrition tools run from flexible macro targets up to full meal plans - use as much or as little as your coaching style needs.

Targets and day types

Set calorie, protein, carb, fat, and water targets per client. If their numbers change with the training week, create day types - up to 10 per client, like "Training day", "Rest day", "Refeed" - each with its own targets. The client picks their day type when logging and is measured against the right numbers.

Meal plans

For clients who want to be told what to eat:

  • Up to 7 days per plan, up to 10 meals per day
  • Any meal can offer 2-6 swappable options - "chicken and rice or the salmon version" - so one awkward Tuesday doesn't sink the plan
  • Save plans as templates and assign in one step; you can attach a meal plan to a client's invite

Recipes and custom foods

  • Recipes: up to 200, each with up to 50 ingredients, servings, and instructions. Clients can log a serving of your recipe as a single item.
  • Custom foods: up to 200 - the local protein brand, your go-to shop's chicken shawarma - anything the public databases don't cover.

Both appear in your clients' food search automatically.

Reading adherence

Every macro shows a traffic light: green within 10% of target, amber within 20%, red beyond. The client sees it while they log; you see the same lights plus 7-day consistency dots and 90-day macro trends on their profile, and their nutrition adherence in check-in review.

For the client-side logging experience - including barcode scanning and the built-in food databases - see Food logging and barcode scanning.
