Getting started
Getting started as a coach
From signup to your first client review: profile setup, the guided tour, and the setup checklist.
Create your account
Sign up at tyzra.com/signup - the free plan includes 5 clients with every feature, and no card is required. After confirming your email you'll be taken through a short profile setup: your display name, brand colour, and logo. Your branding carries through the client portal, client emails, and the icon clients install on their phone, so it's worth doing first.
Take the tour
New accounts come seeded with a sample client, template, and workout plan so the dashboard isn't empty on day one. A short product tour walks you through the review queue, client management, and the template builder using that sample data. When you finish the tour, the sample client and their submission are removed automatically - the sample template and plan stay as starters you can edit or delete.
Work through the setup checklist
Until you have your first client, the dashboard shows a 5-step setup checklist:
- Create a check-in template - or adapt the starter one. See Creating check-in templates.
- Build a workout plan - sessions, exercises, sets. See Building workout plans.
- Set up your intake form - it gates the portal until new clients complete it.
- Configure your branding - logo, brand colour, and email appearance.
- Invite your first client - see Inviting clients.
Bring your existing clients' history
If you're moving from spreadsheets, you don't have to start from zero: you can import each client's check-in metrics, workout history, and past progress photos. See Importing client history - and migration help is free on every plan if you'd rather we did it.
Your daily rhythm
Once clients are in, a typical day is: open the dashboard, check the attention card for anyone overdue or slipping, then work through the check-in review queue. You'll get one batched digest email when check-ins are waiting - never one email per submission.
